TOP MODELS AND FASHION DESIGNERS RING NASDAQ OPENING BELL,

CELEBRATING DEBUT OF NEW YORK FASHION WEEK: THE SHOWS

 To celebrate the February 2019 season of New York Fashion Week: The Shows, Leslie Russo, Executive Vice President of IMG Fashion Events, together rang the Opening Bell at Nasdaq MarketSite. 

WHO :  : Leslie Russo, EVP of IMG Fashion Events, and Ivan Bart, President of IMG Models & IMG Fashion Properties, are joined by IMG Models Chella Man, Eric Rutherford, Grace Mahary,Hilary Rhoda, Jordan Stenmark, Jules Horn, Lono Brazil, Marquita Pring, Noel Berry, Precious Lee, Zack Miko, Zack Stenmark; NYFW designers, Becca McCharen-Tran (Chromat), Christian Cowan, Phillipe Rolano and David Trujillo (The Blonds), and Victor Glemaud; and the IMG team who make NYFW: The Shows a success.

With the support of IMG Models, New York Fashion Week designers, and the IMG Fashion team, IMG and Nasdaq celebrate Fashion Week’s continued significance to the local economy. At last count, the event was estimated to bring in $900M in revenue, while the fashion industry employs over 5.5 percent of all New Yorkers. New York designers will be the first to debut Autumn/Winter 2019 collections, commencing Fashion Month worldwide.
