I like to mix up my abs routine. However, it's safe to say leg raises are my all-time favorite, and if you have the chance to perform them outside, take advantage of it .
Perform all abs-movements without putting major emphasis on the hips or your waist. I usually train my abs 3 times a week, which makes it possible to improve them majorly, as well as give them enough rest.
