Hi Adon nation,
I am Attila, a 20 year old fitness athlete from Budapest Hungary. I began my journey into the fitness industry a year ago after attending Temple University in Philadelphia for one year. I have been an athlete all my life but I wanted to see if I could establish myself as a major force in fitness before returning to complete my college education. This journey has afforded me opportunities to travel the world pursuing my dream of becoming an actor and noted fitness influence. Each month I will share entries into my journal mixing stories of my experiences along with the tips I can impart to enhance your own life while you pursue your own dreams and goals.
Besides I will also bring you some of my favorite workouts to enhance your own training, I will be sharing meal preparation and dieting tips. I will also focus on other aspects this lifestyle involves, because it is extremely significant to live with the right balance when you are looking to establish a fit and healthy life.
I have been an athlete my entire life, however, when I incorporated working out into my athletic routine, I realized that it was the first time that one activity made me change my whole lifestyle. I learned that if I do not put in the time in the kitchen as well as the gym and reassess my overall lifestyle (for example: cutting back on going out) I progress significantly slower. Being fit is truly an holistic effort so I have worked to build up everything around it in the past year and the sky is the limit.
I run multiple social media sites, and I dedicate each to certain types of content. Those who follow me on multiple platforms know that while they can see the product of my latest photoshoot on my main Instagram page, they will see my daily meals and travels on Snapchat. I also set up a secondary Instagram account, where I only upload my workout videos with tips that are useful to all and are open to the public. While you can find my fanpage on Facebook with my favorite photos, you also get full access to my private profile, where I share more personal photos. Since I like being very interactive with my followers I set up a Twitter account where I interact with fans and followers on a regular basis. I keep the Adon fitness blog and my social media as up-to-date with new content almost daily, so you can always follow what I am up to.
If you choose to follow my posts and tips about my lifestyle and what it involves, I believe that you can get a lot out of it. There is so much work behind all the great minds and athletes and so many do not share it with people who would love to read, listen and learn. I am providing this opportunity and I will make sure that you do not regret following my journey.

Hard to believe but I was a chubby kid myself, and I had to undergo quite a few situations where I was bullied and picked on. From knowing what it feels like being in the center of attention in a negative way, I am happy to say that I turned it to the positive side in a relatively short period of time with a lot of hard work and dedication. You have to remember to respect the others. We are all different and we have different strength and weaknesses. I now better understand mine and I use them to benefit both myself and others.
